Chapter 29
Pieces of My Story in Pictures

These photos mark different points in my life, some quiet, some difficult, some I never expected to share. They span from early childhood to now, and while they do not tell the whole story, they hold pieces of it. I debated including them, not because I am ashamed, but because surviving doesn’t always come with a visual timeline. There are no perfect images for the moments I never spoke of, no clear evidence of what I carried, and no photos of the worst parts, but these are what I have. And they matter.

This collage isn’t meant to explain anything. It’s here to give a face to the writing. A real person lived through all of this. A real child. A real teenager. A real adult. Some of these moments were captured before I understood what I was living through. Others came after I began putting words to it. All of them are mine. If you’re here reading, and you’re carrying things of your own, I hope you see that you’re not invisible either.
